He was a 3 time National Champion and 2 time Asian Australasian Champion. Post retirement Grant was invited to be a specialist live commentator for the Seven Network Australia & ABC at the Moomba Masters Water Ski Event in Melbourne Australia. The event was broadcast live nationally around Australia.
